[Watch] Major fire breaks out at private hospital in Cuttack

Cuttack: A major fire broke out a private hospital at Tulsipur area here today.

As per reports, the fire erupted in the top floor of the five-storey building. However, the exact cause behind the fire is yet to be established.

On receiving information, a firefighting team along with  ODRAF staff rushed  to the spot to douse the flames. However, no injury  or loss of life was reported in the incident till the last report was filed.

“All patients have ben safely rescued and shifted to other hospitals. An inquiry will be held into the incident,” said Collector Bhabani Shankar Chayani.

Meanwhile, CMC Commissioner Ananya Das, DCP Pratik Singh and MLA Mohammed Moquim reached the spot to take stock.
