Watch: Man injected with ’empty’ syringe at COVID vaccination centre
Patna/Bhubaneswar: In a highly shocking and equally bizarre incident, a man was allegedly injected with an empty syringe at a COVID-19 vaccination centre in Bihar’s Chhapra area.
The matter came to fore after a video of the incident surfaced on social media and went viral.
In the video, which was shot by the man’s friend on a mobile phone, a nurse can be seen administering the injection without drawing the vaccine from the vial. The nurse has reportedly been removed from duty.
The man realised about the incident after his friend told him about it. Interestingly, his friend had shot the video to record his reaction while being vaccinated. Later in the evening, his friend noticed the ‘error’ while watching the video on the mobile phone.
