Watch Video: Odisha’s Jyotirmayee Mallick makes Amitabh Bachchan emotional with letter on KBC

Bhubaneswar: Jyotirmayee Mallick from Odisha, who participated in Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) show, made its host and superstar Amitabh Bachchan emotional by reading out a letter which was penned by her and dedicated to Big B.

Jyotirmayee works as Assistant Superintendent of Post Office, Bhadrak and hails from Badamba area in Cuttack district.

While sitting on the ‘hot seat’ in front of Bachchan, Jyotirmayee took out the letter mentioning that “she likes him and he likes letters”.

Describing him as ‘superstar of the century’, Jyotirmayee expressed her happiness for meeting him in person and poured praise on him for treating the contestants generously.

After she finished reading the letter, Bachchan got emotional, came near Jyotirmayee and received the letter from her saying that he will keep it with him.

The audience then stood up and clapped for a visibly elated Jyotirmayee.

The episode will be aired on Sony Entertainment Television today at 9 PM.
