Weather Alert: Thunderstorm, lightning, gusty wind in Odisha including Twin City

Bhubaneswar:  Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning  gusty wind is likely to lash several parts in eight districts  across the state in next three hours.

As per the Regional MeT Centre here, light to moderate thunderstorm with gusty wind speed reaching 30- 40 kmph , lightning and light to moderate rain is likely to affect some parts of districts of Cuttack (including Cuttack city) Khordha (including Bhubaneswar) Nayagarh, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Boudh and Kandhamal within next three hours.

The weathermen advised people to keep a watch on the weather and move to safer places accordingly to protect themselves from lightning strike.
