Bhubaneswar: As many as 582 persons, including 83 children below 18 years of age, tested positive for COVID-19 in Odisha during the last 24 hours while a total of 76717 samples were tested in the state, yesterday. The Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 0.75%.
Khurda district reported highest 282 fresh infections, followed by Cuttack (46), Jagatsinghpur (24) and Jajpur (24).
With this, the COVID-19 tally in the state rose to 1029994 with 5113 active cases.
