Youth arrested for opening fake Facebook account of Odisha MLA
Sambalpur: A youth was arrested here today for allegedly opening a fake Facebook account in the name of BJD MLA Nitesh Ganga Deb from Odisha’s Deogarh constituency and asking money from people through it.
The arrested youth has been identified as Suraj Mandal of Budharaja area in the district.

According to reports, Mandal reportedly used to collect money by using the fake Facebook profile of the MLA. He used to demanded cash from people on pretest of doing their works.
On being informed about the incident, the lawmaker filed a police complaint against Mandal, following which the cops arrested the accused today.
