Youth found hanging in Odisha’s Bhadrak

Bhadrak: A youth was found hanging from a tree near Dasandhia ground under Bhandaripokhari police limits here in the districts today.

The deceased was identified as Pabana Dalai (40), a resident of Dalai sahi.

The locals spotted the young hanging from an asvattha (sacred fig) tree with a cotton cloth near the ground this morning.

On receiving information, police reached the spot and recovered the body.

However, police are yet to ascertain whether it is a murder or suicide.

The cause of the death will be known after autopsy, the police said.
