Youth tied to tree, thrashed for eve-teasing in Odisha’s Balasore

Balasore: Locals today tied a youth to a tree and thrashed him at Gop village under Jaleswar police limits in Odisha’s Balasore district for his alleged involvement in eve-teasing.

According to reports, the accused, identified as Sahil Khan (23) of Panchughanta village, used to pass lewd remarks at college girls and women in the locality.

Being irate over the matter, villagers today nabbed Khan and tied him to a tree. The also beat him black and blue.
