Youth falls off Jayadev Vihar overbridge in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: In a tragic incident, a youth reportedly fell off Jayadev Vihar overbridge in Odisha capital, this morning and sustained grievous injuries.

The mishap took place when the victim was riding a motorcycle (registration no. OD-05-AK-1600) on the overbridge while he lost control over the wheels.

As he fell down, passersby and Traffic personnel rushed to the spot and rescued him.

He was then rushed to the Capital Hospital here in a critical condition for treatment.

On being informed, the Nayapalli police reached the place and started an investigation to ascertain the circumstances under which the accident took place.

Till last reports came in, the identity of the youth was yet to be established.
