100% syllabus for Odisha Plus Two Exams from 2022-23 academic session

Bhubaneswar: There will be 100% syllabus coverage for Plus Two Examinations conducted by the Odisha Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) from 2022-23 academic session, the CHSE said in a notification today.

“CHSE has reintroduced 100% syllabus along with its question pattern prevailing in the session 2019-20 with effect from session 2022-23 in Arts, Commerce, Science and Vocational streams,” the council said in the notification.

“Further, it is clarified that the regular students appearing Annual H.S. Examination, 2023 and onwards shall appear the examination with full syllabus (100%) and previous pattern of questions as detailed in the 2019 syllabus,” the notification said.

However, the students registered up to 2020 and failed in H.S. Examination Annual/ Instant, 2022 will appear AHS Examination 2023 and 2024 with reduced syllabus and the pattern of questions will be that of AHS Exam, 2022, the notification added.

Worth mentioning, the syllabus was reduced for the +2 students as classroom teaching got affected across higher secondary schools in Odisha due to the COVID-19 situation.
