12 bogies derail as goods trains collide in West Bengal's Bankura

Kolkata: In the early hours of Sunday, around 4 am, a collision between two locomotives near West Bengal's Bankura led to the derailment of several wagons from two goods trains.

The incident took place at Onda station when one of the goods trains collided with the other from behind, resulting in the derailment of 12 wagons.

Fortunately, there were no reported casualties in the accident. However, the driver of one of the goods trains sustained minor injuries.
