Bhubaneswar: Another 1385 persons in Odisha tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours taking the state’s total count to 2,97,274.
Of the total fresh cases detected from all 30 districts, 798 are quarantine cases and remaining 587 local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.
Khordha recorded highest 159 fresh cases followed by Cuttack (109) and Mayurbhanj (103).
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 13,770. Besides, 2,82,073 persons have recovered from the disease so far.
