14 gamblers rounded up in city

The Commissionerate Police on Wednesday arrested 14 gamblers from a club near Press Colony here under Kharavel Nagar police station limits.

Around Rs 35,000 in cash and seven bikes were seized from the gamblers .

The arrested persons will be produced before the SDJM court here on Thursday.

Acting on reports, police raided the club and arrested the gamblers red handed as they were in the middle of a card game.
