15% polling recorded by 10 AM

An average of 15 percent polling was recorded in nine booths in Odisha today, sources in the office of the Chief Electoral Office (CEO) said.

While the voter’s turnout is relatively low in the first hour due to intense heat, it is expected to rise in the afternoon hours, officials said.
