1500 kg ganja seized in Odisha's Koraput; 6 held

Koraput: A huge cache of ganja was seized today in three places of Jeypore sub-division here today.

According to sources, the police confisticated 1500 kg ganja worth Rs. 2 crore and arrested six persons in this connection.

Furthermore, a car, two trucks and sharp weapons were also seized.

The cops have initiated a probe to ascertain the involvement of others in the incident.

Worth mentioning, around 21 quintals of ganja were seized from two vehicles on Orkel-Chitrakonda road Malkangiri district a few days ago.
