19-yr-old youth falls off terrace while making Tiktok video in Rourkela

Rourkela: Making TikTok video proved costly for a 19-year-old youth in Sector 6 here after he fell off a two-storeyed building and suffered critical injuries today.

The injured identified as Anil Gochyat has been admitted to hospital for treatment.

As per sources, when Anil was dancing on the terrace of his house in Block 8 of RSP (Rourkela Steel Plant) quarters in Sector-6 here, his friend was taking a video of him for TikTok. However, Anil lost balance and skidded off the terrace and fell on the ground. He suffered grievous injuries on his forehead and was rushed to Rourkela Government Hospital (RGH) by his friends and neighbours.

The youth was later shifted to Ispat General Hospital(IGH) here after his condition deteriorated, sources added.
