Dhenkanal: Two members of a family died after their bike hit a tree in Kankadahada police limits in Dhenkanal district of Odisha here today. The deceased were identified as Duggu Mankadia and his nephew Siddhant Mankadia of Malhar Sahi.

As per reports, the duo was going to Kankadahada for some work when their bike hit a tree near Bandania village. While both fell unconscious under the impact of the collision and were severely injured. Locals saw them lying in a pool of blood and rushed them to the nearest hospital where doctors declared them dead on arrival.

Kankadahada Police on getting the information, reached the place and seized the bike. Further investigation is on.
