2 killed, 2 critical as tractor overturns in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj

Baripada: A tractor overturned at Jinkiria Chhak under Morada police limits in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district today killing two persons and injuring two others critically.

The deceased have been identified as Budha Murmu and Mangal Murmu. The injured ones have been admitted to the District Headquarters Hospital for treatment.

According to reports, the tractor driver and three labourers were returning in the vehicle after unloading sand in a village. The ill-fated tractor skidded off the road and turned turtle.

Police have recovered the bodies for post-mortem and initiated an investigation.
