26 corona warriors among 215 new COVID-19 cases in Odisha’s Ganjam

Berhampur: As many as 215 persons including 26 corona warriors tested positive for the deadly COVID-19 in Ganjam district in last 24 hours. With this the district tally mounted to 2,836.

Official sources said the new positive cases have been shifted to COVID hospital.

Apart from 26 corona warriors, five persons with outside travel history were among the fresh positive cases in the district. The number of local contact cases is 184.

In the district, a total of 1,487 patients recovered so far. The number of active cases stands at 1325 whereas as many as 24 died of the disease in the district.
