3 labourers killed, 9 injured as pickup van overturns in Odisha
Berhampur: At least three labourers died and nine others sustained critical injuries as a pickup van carrying them overturned on Khandideuli-Biruligarh road in Odisha’s Ganjam district, today.
According to reports, the victims were travelling in the ill-fated vehicle to a crusher site at Bhabandha near Berhampur this morning. The driver of the pickup van lost control over the wheels following which it turned turtle killing the three on the spot.

The deceased have been identified as Sarat Chandra Nahak, Suprasanna Nahak of Diandein village under Rambha police limits and Kabi Nahak of B. Nuagaon area.
The injured ones have been admitted to the MKCG Medical College and Hospital here for treatment.
