3 major trains to resume services today; ECoR changes originating stations of few others

Bhubaneswar: Three major trains under the East Coast Railway (ECoR) that had remained standstill following cyclonic storm FANI will resume their services from today.

As per ECoR sources, three trains- Purushottam Express and Tapaswini Express and Puri-Durg Express resume their services from today.

However, the ECoR has changed the originating stations of some trains scheduled for today. While some trains will originate from Khurda Road station, few others will resume from Bhubaneswar.

The Puri-Howrah Dhauli Express will originate from Khorda Road instead of Puri while the Puri-Tirupati Express will resume from Visakhapatnam. Similarly, the Puri-Haridwar Kalinga Utkal Express will start from Bhubaneswar instead of Puri. Besides, the Sri Jagannath Express, Puri-Howrah Express, Puri-Sambalpur Intercity and Puri-Indore Humsafar will be originating from Khurda Road station.
