30 more dengue cases reported from Odisha Capital

Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) stated as many as 30 fresh dengue cases were reported in the city today. It further said the total number of persons affected by the mosquito-borne viral infection has jumped to 421 so far.

The city municipal corporation surveyed 20,350 people of 4,901 households. Larva was found in 469 sources and the number of source reduction was 1,134.

The Health and Family Welfare Department earlier asked people to visit Government-run hospitals like Capital Hospital, AIIMS, RMRC and Khordha District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) for free testing.
