Bhubaneswar: As many as 345 persons in the state tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours taking the total caseload to 12,84,323. The new infectees include 111 in the age group of 0-18 years.
Of the fresh cases detected from 29 districts, 202 are quarantine cases and 143 local contacts, informed the State Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department.
Jajpur district recorded highest 52 fresh infections, followed by Sundargarh (39) and Angul (32).
The number of active cases in the state now stands at 3,375.
