Bhubaneswar: Another 356 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Odisha in the last 24 hours taking the state’s total caseload to 3,25,861.
Of the total fresh cases detected from 26 districts, 199 have been reported from different quarantine centres while 157 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.
Khordha recorded highest 41 fresh cases followed by Sundargarh (35) and Angul and Mayurbhanj with 29 cases each.
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 3,029 and recovered cases at 3,20,947.
