4 more COVID-19 deaths in last 24 hrs in Odisha; toll mounts to 1,880

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 toll mounted to 1,880 in Odisha with 4 more patients succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours.

“Regret to inform the demise of four numbers of Covid positive patients while under treatment in hospitals,” informed the State Health & Family Welfare Department today.

The fresh death cases were reported from Khordha, Cuttack and Balangir districts. While one person died of the virus with no comorbid conditions, 3 patients were suffering from other ailments.

Here’re details of 4 new COVID-19 deaths in Odisha:

1.A 41-year-old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.

2.A 80-year-old male of Balangir district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.

3.A 94-year-old male of Cuttack district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension & Chronic Kidney Disease.

4.A 60-year-old male of Khordha district.
