4 more COVID-19 deaths in Odisha; toll rises to 1,836

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 toll increased to 1,836 in Odisha after 4 more persons succumbed to the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.

“Regret to inform the demise of four numbers of Covid positive patients while under treatment in hospitals,” informed the State Health & Family Welfare Department today.

The fresh deaths were reported from Khordha district (1), Mayurbhanj district (1), Sambalpur district (1) and Sundargarh district (1).

Here’re details of 4 new COVID-19 deaths in Odisha:

1.A 75-year-old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes & Coronary Artery Disease.

2.An 86-year-old male of Mayurbhanj district who was also suffering from Hypertension, Benign prostatic hyperplasia & Lower Respiratory Tract Infections.

3.A 62-year-old female of Sambalpur district who was also suffering from Hypertension.

4.A 53-year-old female of Sundargarh district who was also suffering from Diabetes.
