Bhubaneswar: With detection of 60 fresh cases in the last 24 hours, Odisha’s COVID-19 caseload today further surged to 3,36,322.
However, one patient from Keonjhar district succumbed to the deadly virus.
Regret to inform the demise of 73 years old female Covid positive patient of Keonjhar District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension & Hypothyroidism.

Of the total fresh cases detected from 15 districts, 36 have been reported from different quarantine centres while 24 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 720 and recovered cases at 3,33,637.
