65 new COVID-19 infections detected in Odisha

Bhubaneswar:  Odisha’s COVID-19 tally today further surged to 3,38,323  after 65 new infections were detected in the state in last 24 hours.

Of the total fresh cases detected from 13 districts, 37 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 28 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department. Sundargarh recorded highest 15 fresh cases.  

Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 622 and recovered cases at 3,35,730.
