Bhubaneswar: As many as 8778 more persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Odisha during the last 24 hours.
While a total of 74,611 samples were tested in the state yesterday, the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 11.7%.
Out of the 8778 cases, 792 are children below 18 years of age.
Khurda district registered highest 2615 fresh infections, followed by Sundargarh (1252) and Cuttack (766).
