9 injured in explosion at steel plant in Odisha’s Keonjhar

Bhubaneswar: At least nine workers were injured in an explosion at a steel plant in Odisha’s Keonjhar district today.

The explosion took place in the furnace of a steel plant of KJS Ahluwalia Group at Rugudi in Keonjhar in the evening.

At least nine workers were injured in the explosion. Four among them sustained critical injuries.

The injured workers were rushed to the Keonjhar District Headquarters Hospital (DHH).
