90 more COVID-19 patients recover in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: As many as 90 more COVID-19 patients tested negative for the virus and recovered from the disease in Odisha, official sources said today.

Out of the 90 persons, 23 are from Jagatsinghpur, 22 from Jajpur, 21 from Bhadrak, 15 from Ganjam, 3 from Cuttack, 2 each from Khurda and Sambalpur, and one each from Balasore and Nayagarh, sources said, adding that they are being discharged from COVID hospitals.

With this, the number of recovered cases in the state surged to 977. Earlier in the day, the state had reported 63 new cases taking the tally to 1723.
