Abadha rate chart: Experimental preparation of Mahaparasad at Srimandir today
Puri: The Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) will finalise the rate chart of Mahaprasad (Abadha) at Srimandir here after an experimental preparation of Abadha to be carried out today.
The SJTA will finalise the rate chart after considering the expenditure on raw materials and labour used for preparation of the food items.
A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting held between district Collector Jyoti Prakash Dash and Suar Mahasuar Nijog yesterday.
As per the decision, the Abadha will be prepared in the Kotha Bhoga Rosasala today. The temple administration will give all the raw materials required for the Abadha preparation. After taking the entire expenditure into consideration, the rate chart will be finalized and later put on display at Anand Bazaar on the temple premises, sources said.
Sri.Lord Jagannadh’s Anno Prasad and Sri Lingaraj Temple Anno Prasad should be sold in all Temples of Bhubaneswar,Cuttack and Khurda so that everyone will get chance.
