Bhubaneswar: The number of active COVID cases in Odisha slipped below 1000-mark after eight months, official sources said today.
The tally of active COVID cases stood at less than 1000 for the first time since June 2, 2020.

On the other hand, Odisha reported as many as 71 fresh COVID-19 cases during the last 24 hours taking the tally to 335282 with 946 active cases.
