Actress Ananya Panday agreed to arrange ‘ganja’ for Aryan Khan; read details

Mumbai/Bhubaneswar: Bollywood actress Ananya Panday reportedly agreed to arrange ‘ganja’ for Aryan Khan, according to chat messages unearthed by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

The actress is being questioned by the NCB for her involvement in the sensational drugs-related case. The NCB recovered chats between Ananya and Aryan that reportedly suggest that the two were discussing about procuring ‘ganja’.

“At one point in the conversation between Aryan Khan and Ananya Pandey, Aryan was talking to Ananya about ‘ganja’. Aryan was asking if there could be some ‘jugaad’ to arrange the weed,” NCB sources were quoted as saying by India Today.

To this, Ananya replied, “I will arrange.”

When questioned by the NCB on Thursday, Ananya said: “I was just joking.”

NCB officials visited Ananya’s home on Thursday and issued her a summons. The actress was probed for two hours in the evening and has been called for questioning again on Friday.

Ananya is the daughter of Bollywood actor Chunky Panday and granddaughter of the renowned heart surgeon, the late Dr. Sharad Panday.

The NCB has claimed that her name apparently figures in some WhatsApp chats of Aryan Khan recovered by the agency, along with others.

As part of its probe into the cruise ship party raids, the NCB has arrested a total of 20 persons so far, and more arrests are not ruled out.
