Actress Urmila Matondkar tests positive for Covid-19

Mumbai/Bhubaneswar: Bollywood actress Urmila Matondkar on Sunday announced that she has tested positive for Covid-19.

Taking to her official Twitter handle, Urmila said that she has isolated herself in home quarantine.

“I’ve tested positive for #COVID19 I’m fine n have isolated myself in home quarantine. Requesting everyone who came in contact with me to get tested immediately. Also humbly request all you lovely people to take care of yourselves during the Diwali festivities,” she wrote on Twitter.

As soon as Urmila shared the news of testing positive for the virus, her fans wished her a speedy recovery.

“Wishing you a very speedy recovery. Ple tc and lots of love (sic),” tweeted one fan. “

Take care (sic),” wrote another.

Urmila on Saturday was one among a host of other celebrities to send good wishes to Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan as his son Aryan was released from jail following his arrest in the sensational cruise ship drugs case.
