Aditya Kumar Mohapatra appointed as Orissa High Court Judge

Cuttack: The President of India today appointed Advocate Aditya Kumar Mohapatra as the new Judge of the Orissa High Court.

“In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Aditya Kumar Mohapatra, to be a Judge of the Orissa High Court, with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office,” an official notification said.

Earlier on October 19, three newly-appointed judges of the High Court– Justice Mruganka Sekhar Sahoo, Justice Radha Krishna Pattanaik and Justice Sashikanta Mishra– had taken oath.
