While the killer Japanese Encephalitis (JE) has spread havoc in Odisha's Malkangiri, as many as 20 patients admitted at the District Headquarters Hospital have been tested positive for dengue.

Most of the twenty patients are children, sources said.

The reports of blood samples of the patients were received in between October 11 and November 3.

On the other hand, Odisha Health Services Director Dr Chittaranjan Nayak said that only three persons have so far been affected by dengue in Malkangiri since January.
