Bhubaneswar: Malaysian low-cost airlines Air Asia will start flight services to Kolkata and Bengaluru from Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) in Odisha capital from this August.

Air Asia will begin services to these cities from August 1.

With this, the carrier has increased its domestic connectivity with flights to these two major destinations in the country.

Earlier in April this year, Air Asia had started direct flight to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from here.
