Amit Shah on two-day visit to Odisha from tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be on a two-day visit to Odisha beginning tomorrow for various official engagements in Bhubaneswar.

During his two-day visit, he is scheduled to attend a launching ceremony of various NH projects and a meeting on anti-Naxal operation and natural disaster.

As per the schedule, Amit Shah will leave for Bhubaneswar from New Delhi at 8.30 pm on August 4 by a special Indian Air Force aircraft. He will reach Bhubaneswar airport at 10.40 pm. From airport, he will head for Hotel Mayfair for night stay.

The next day i.e., on August 5, the union Home minister will grace the inauguration of NHAI projects at 11 am at Convention Centre in Bhubaneswar. He is scheduled to attend a review meeting on LWE and Disaster Management with Odisha Government that will be held between 12 pm to 12.30 pm at the same venue.

The BJP leader is scheduled to visit BJP State Office at 1.20 pm where he will have lunch and a meeting with senior party leadership. The meeting is scheduled from 2.05 pm to 5 pm. At 5.05 pm, he will depart for Bhubaneswar airport where he will attend a meeting at 5.20 pm. Following half-an-hour meeting, he is scheduled to board the IAF flight at 6.00 pm for return to Delhi.
