Amit Shah to visit Odisha again on February 15

Bhubaneswar: BJP National President Amit Shah will once again visit Odisha on February 15, informed party’s state unit president Basant Kumar Panda today.

Shah will visit Sambalpur and address party workers of four Lok Sabha constituencies– Dhenkanal, Bargarh, Sambalpur and Sundargarh, Panda said.

Around 60,000 booth-level workers will join the event, he added.

The National President of the saffron party had earlier visited the state twice, recently. He had on January 29 addressed a meeting of party workers at the RMC Field in Kulia, Cuttack. Similarly, he had on February 3 addressed BJP ST Morcha’s two-day national convention in Puri.

In both the occasions, he had criticised the Naveen Patnaik-led BJD government in Odisha. Shah had also equated the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) government in Odisha with a “burnt transformer”.
