Bhubaneswar: Amidst rising number of COVID-19 cases in Odisha, another 53 patients have recovered from the disease, informed State Health & Family Welfare Department today.
Out of 53, 30 patients are from COVID worst-hit Ganjam district, 18 from Jajpur district, 3 from Khordha district and 2 from Keonjhar district.
The patients are being discharged from the COVID hospitals, the Department tweeted.
Following recovery of 53 patients, the recovered/cured cases now stand at 550 in Odisha. With this, the total number of active cases remains 779.
