Another farmer commits suicide in Odisha’s Balasore

Yet again another farmer in Odisha’s Balasore district allegedly committed suicide after failing to repay debt.

According to reports, the deceased farmer identified as Ramachandra Bara of Baliapata village under Singla police limits had consumed poison in the morning today and was admitted to a hospital where he breathed his last despite all efforts by doctors to save his life.

According to his family members, Ramachandra was under severe stress to repay loans he had taken as crops he had cultivated on two-acre land had failed.
