Applications invited for Odisha govt-sponsored civil services coaching

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has invited applications for state-sponsored UPSC civil services coaching scheme for the session 2019-20.

While the number of available seats is 100, coaching will be imparted to students of Odisha only on General Studies papers of Prelims and Mains as per UPSC syllabus.

The coaching fee has been fixed at Rs 82,600, out of which the Higher Education Department will pay Rs 61,950. The department will bear the entire fee for candidates whose parent’s annual income is less than Rs 2 lakh.

Common Application Form (CAF) for the scheme became available in the department’s website (dheodisha.gov.in) from today. The last date for applying is June 10.

The selection list will be published on June 12 (4 pm) while the last date of admission of selected applicants is June 20. Classes will commence from June 24.
