Archana Nag case: Hotelier appears before ED for questioning

Bhubaneswar: In ongoing investigation into money laundering case involving Archana Nag, hotelier Siba Prasad Das appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for questioning here today.

The central investigative agency had summoned the businessman for his alleged link with blackmailer Archana Nag.

Accompanied by his advocate, Siba Prasad Das reached the office of ED in Bhubaneswar for interrogation in connection with the money laundering case.

Many key personalities including Ollywood filmmakers Akshaya Parija and Pramod Swain and BJD MLA Sudhir Kumar Samal’s brother Gangadhar Samal had been grilled by the ED earlier.

Currently, Archana allegedly involved in a sextortion racket is lodged at Jharpada Jail in Bhubaneswar following a complaint by renowned Ollywood filmmaker Akshay Parija alleging blackmailing.

According to the complaint, Archana had demanded Rs 3 crore from Parija threatening him of making his objectionable videos and photographs with a woman public.
