‘Art of Living’ Guru arrives on two-day Odisha visit

Art of Living Guru and founder of Sri Sri University, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar arrived here today on a two-day visit to Odisha.

The world-renowned humanitarian and spiritual leader would grace the second convocation for the charter MBA batch of 2013-2015 of the university on September 1.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will be the chief guest at the event and Minister for Higher Education Dr Pradeep Panigrahy will be the guest of honour. Over 80 MBA graduates and 2 doctoral graduates are expected to receive their degrees on the occasion.

The University will also inaugurate its Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning with the Bachelor’s program in Architecture as well the Faculty of Health and Wellness with the Master’s program in Osteopathy during this time.

Sri Sri is scheduled to address thousands of devotees in a Maha Satsang to be conducted on the university premises tomorrow evening.
