Asst Professor under Odisha Vigilance scanner

Bhubaneswar: Acting on allegation of possession of assets disproportionate to known sources of income, Odisha Vigilance officials today raided the house of Dr. Prasana Kumar Mishra, Assistant Professor of Mathematics, College of Engineering and Technology, Ghatikia, Bhubaneswar.

Officers of the anti-corruption agency conducted search at his residence located at Khandagiribari under Khandagiri police limits in the capital city this morning. Simultaneous raids were also conducted at Mishra’s under construction four storied building at Khandagiribari, his village at Kalupada ghat in Khordha district, office rooms of Mishra and his wife Supriya Mishra, lecturer in Biotechnology, CET, Bhubaneswar.

Till last reports came in, the search and calculation of total value of his movable and immovable properties were underway.
