ATM loot bid foiled in Balasore; two arrested
Balasore: Foiling an ATM loot bid, the Sahadevkhunta police of Balasore district arrested two looters near the railway station here late last night.
The two accused duo identified as Sudep Ray (25) and Mithun Singh (20) are residents of Dinajpur and Murshidabad in West Bengal, respectively.

Source said some locals spotted the duo ransacking an ATM counter near the railway station at around 2 AM yesterday and immediately informed the police. The cops swung into action, rushed to the spot and arrested the two looters.
During interrogation, the police found out that the two arrested are members of a looters’ gang. Search is on to nab other members of the gang, said a police official.
