In a broad daylight heist, armed dacoits stormed into a businessman’s house and decamped with cash and gold in Odisha’s Rourkela city today.

As per reports, five to six miscreants broke into businessman Sanjay Agarwal’s house at Civil Township area about 9 am today and looted gold ornaments and cash worth Rs 5 lakh at gunpoint injuring three members of the family and sped away.

Notably, bandits had looted Rs 10,00,000 from the house of another businessman last month who happens to be Sanjay’s neighbour.

Meanwhile, police have begun investigation into the incident.
