Baranga police station ASI Ashok Pradhan found hanging inside house

Bhubaneswar: Ashok Pradhan, ASI of Baranga police station, was found hanging inside his house at Padasahi village near Nandankanan under mysterious circumstances, today.

The reason behind the death was yet to be ascertained.

Police have reached the spot and started an investigation into the incident.

It is being suspected that Pradhan took the extreme step of ending his life by hanging himself.

Police recovered the body and sent it to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack for post-mortem.
