Bhubaneswar: 311 new COVID cases detected, active cases near 2000-mark

Bhubaneswar: Odisha capital reported as many as 311 fresh COVID-19 cases as the number of active cases in the city surged to 1981.

Out of the 311 cases, 66 were detected in quarantine while 245 are local contact cases.

With this, the COVID-19 tally in Bhubaneswar mounted to 34890.
